Terms and Conditions

Shipping Terms:

USA and International- We ship to the USA and the following countries:  Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan and Wales.

We are not able to ship Games Workshop products outside of the USA

Free Basic shipping in the US 48 on orders over $100. Basic shipping could be either the postal system or UPS at our descretion. If you require a specific service, please choose that service at check out. 

Flat Rate shipping: We offer a flat rate option of $6.95 for any order. Flat rate shipping could be either the postal system or UPS at our descretion. If you require a specific service, please choose that service at check out. 

First Class USPS: for small items, rate is calculated at checkout. 

UPS ground-  UPS ground with tracking and insurance for the full value of the order. Rate is calculated during checkout based on weight of the order.

Upgraded Shipping- Other options will be presented during the checkout process, such as 3 day select, 2 day air or overnight service. The rates for these options will be calculated based on a combination of the weight of the order and your distance from our location(Indiana). Please note using these options only upgrades the actuall transit time of of your order.


International shipping:  You will be presented with appropriate shipping options based on your location. We use the postal system for all international orders.

Same Day Shipping- Our cut off for orders to recieve same day shipping is 12:00pm (noon) eastern time. Orders placed after that time may still go out the same day if possible, but may be delayed until the following day.

Out of stock/Backorders- While we strive to not be out of stock on any item we list, it is possible that you will order a product we are actually out of. If this happens our policy is to hold the order until it is complete. This delay should never be more than a day or 2, as we recieve multiple shipments, several times a week. If for some reason, we cannot complete your order in a day or two, we will contact you with options.

Mispacks/mistakes/wrong items- We take great care to ensure all orders are complete and correct, however we are gamers, and may make mistakes. Have confidence that should an error be made we will correct it ASAP and at our expense. All errors must be be reported within 48 hours of recieving your order.

Lost/Damaged packages-We insure each and every order for the full amount of the products inside. Should UPS lose or damage the contents of your package we are covered. There may be some hoops to jump through, but we can generally ship replacements right away while we wait for the claim. (ie we dont make you wait 6 weeks for UPS to process the claim).

PAYMENT TERMS:


Forms of Payment-
Chaosmailorder accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, mailed in money orders and phone orders.


Money Orders- Order paid for by money order may be held until the money order clears.Usually 3-5 days.

Phone in orders- if you would pefer to give us your payment info over the phone we are glad to assist you. Simply place your order through the shopping cart and chose phone ordering as your payment method. Then give us a call to complete your order.  Phone orders that are not completeed within 48 hours will be cancelled.

Returns/Refunds- You may return any sealed product in original resaleable condition within 7 days for a full refund less any actual shipping charges paid. NOTE: even if we provided "free shipping" we still incurred a cost to ship the items, this cost will be deducted from the refund. You must also pay the shipping cost to return the item to us. You must email us with reason for return for authorization prior to sending anything back. After 7 days returned items will incurr a 25% restocking fee. After 30 days, no returns are accepted.

Typographical errors. We reserve the right to cancel any order that contains grossly inaccurate prices as a result of typographical errors. If this should happen, you will be contacted with options.

Pre orders Terms, Conditions and Policies.

We solicit pre orders based on information given to us by the manufacturer. This includes pricing, expected release date and product description. From time to time, due to inaccuracies or changes beyond our control, it may be necessary to adjust any or all of this information. Usually the most frequent change is a release date push. However, should a price be grossly inaccurate do to a manufacturer mistake, we may be force to cancel exixting orders and ask they be placed again under the new price.

Billing Policy Change - Orders are charged when placed. This includes preorder items that may not ship right away. In the event your order cannot be shipped within 2 business days, you will be contacted with informations and options. It is important to note that if your order contains items which are pre orders or special orders we will hold the order until its complete.


All orders containing pre order items are held until the order is complete. If you are ordering items that are in stock now and want them shipped right away, or multiple pre order items and you want shipped as each becomes available, you should place a separate order for those items.

Cancellations: If for some reason you must cancel your preorder, please contact us by phone at 1-877-40CHAOS. Please have your order number ready.
