Ways to order GW products from Chaos Mail Order:
1. Phone: Toll free number for orders: 1-877-40-CHAOS.
Our hours for order taking are Noon to Midnight every day. We are located in Indiana, which is on Eastern Time. We would be happy to take your complete order over the phone.
2. Fax: We gladly accept fax orders. Our fax number is 1-574-273-4040.
(Available 24 hours). Please include your name, billing address, shipping address (if different), telephone number, e-mail address and a list of of the items you want to order. We will email you an invoice number and the total for the order.

Why can't I order Games Workshop items from you online?
Due to GW's current policies, we can only take orders for GW products by fax or phone. We apologize for the inconvenience.
What do you Stock?
We stock the complete current ranges of Warhammer 40,000, Warhammer Fantasy Battle, Lord of the Rings, and paint/hobby tools. Most current range items are sold at a 20% discount. PDF catalogs of the Games Workshop items we carry are located at the top of this page.
I saw a really cool model on the Games Workshop website, but it's not in your catalogs. Can you get that?
Assuming that it isn't a conversion, yes, typically, we can get that for you. We offer special orders for Specialists/Collector's Range items as well as "Direct Only" items. There is a shipping delay on these items of about one week since all orders with these items are ordered to fill. Specialists/Colllector's/Direct Only items must be sold at MSRP.
How do I place an order for "special order" items?
We ask that all special orders requests be made via e-mail or fax, though you may call in the rest of your order and tell us to expect the e-mail or fax. Also, please note that orders containing special orders will be charged when they are received and not the day they are to be shipped counter to our usual policy. Also note that we offer no refunds or exchanges on special order items, though we will, of course, make diligent effort to replace any defective or incomplete items.
