Billing and Shipping

Forms of Payment- Chaosmailorder accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, mailed in money orders and phone orders.

Billing Policy Change - Orders are charged when placed. This includes preorder items that may not ship right away. In the event your order cannot be shipped within 2 business days, you will be contacted with informations and options. It is important to note that if your order contains items which are pre orders or special orders we will hold the order until its complete.

Paypal orders- Orders using Paypal are charged imediately upon hitting the "submit order" button in our shopping cart. This includes order containing pre order or special order items which are held until the order is complete. If any expected delay occurs you will be notified

Money Orders- Order paid for by money order may be held until the money order clears.Usually 3-5 days.

Phone in orders- if you would pefer to give us your payment info over the phone we are glad to take it. Simply place your order through the shopping cart and chose phone ordering as your payment method. You then give us a call to complete your order. This would also help you order some products from the online store then add some Games Workshop products to your order over the phone. Phone orders that are not completeed within 48 hours will be cancelled.

Returns/Refunds- You may return any sealed product in original resaleable condition within 7 days for a full refund less any shipping charges paid. You must also pay the shipping cost to return the item to us. You must email us with reason for return for authorization prior to sending anything back. After 7 days returned items will incurr a 25% restocking fee. After 30 days, no returns are accepted. 
Shipping Information

USA and International- We ship to the USA and the following countries:  Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Scotland, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan and Wales.

Free Shipping in the US48 on orders over $100 via a carrier of our choice. If you require a specific carrier you should select and pay for that specific service at check out.  

We are not able to ship Games Workshop products outside of the USA

UPS ground-  UPS ground with tracking and insurance for the full value of the order. Rate is calculated during checkout based on weight of the order.

Upgraded Shipping- Other options will be presented during the checkout process, such as 3 day select, 2 day air or overnight service. The rates for these options will be calculated based on a combination of the weight of the order and your distance from our location(Indiana). Please note using these options only upgrades the actuall transit time of of your order.

International shipping:  You will be presented with appropriate shipping options based on your location. We use the postal system for all international orders.

Games workshop phone orders-. For orders containing nothing but GW products, a flat rate charge of $9.95 applies to any order under $100.00. Orders of GW products that exceed $100.00 will not incur a shipping charge. Upgraded Shipping is available on Games Workshop orders and will be quoted per order based on weight, distance and the type of service selected. International orders with GW products will incur shipping charges; there is not a free shipping option available.

Mixed orders Orders that include a mix of GW and non-GW products will qualify for free shipping as long as the GW portion of the order exceeds the $100 minimum. Any mixed order that contains less than $100 of GW product will still incur shipping charges, reguardless of the total of the entire order.

Same Day Shipping- Our cut off for orders to recieve same day shipping is 12:00pm (noon) eastern time. Orders placed after that time may still go out the same day if possible, but may be delayed until the following day.

Out of stock/Backorders- While we strive to not be out of stock on any item we list, it is possible that you will order a product we are actually out of. If this happens our policy is to hold the order until it is complete. This delay should never be more than a day or 2, as we recieve multiple shipments, several times a week. If for some reason, we cannot complete your order in a day or two, we will contact you with options.

Mispacks/mistakes/wrong items- We take great care to ensure all orders are complete and correct, however we are gamers, and may make mistakes. Have confidence that should an error be made we will correct it ASAP and at our expense. All errors must be be reported within 48 hours of recieving your order.

Lost/Damaged packages-We insure each and every order for the full amount of the products inside. Should UPS lose or damage the contents of your package we are covered. There may be some hoops to jump through, but we can generally ship replacements right away while we wait for the claim. (ie we dont make you wait 6 weeks for UPS to process the claim).
